In this programme, you work 1:1 with a qualified Blue Light Leavers Career Coach to identify your transferable skills, then find the right career path and roles for you

We craft a standout CV (created by our award winning CV writing team), and you'll get expert guidance to help you navigate and understand how to best use LinkedIn

You'll get extensive job hunting and application tailoring coaching, as well as 15 hours of 1-2-1 hand-holding support over a 4 month period that can also include interview preparation. 

We’ll top it all off with a fortnightly accountability call to make sure you are on track and making progress, (60 mins per month for up to 4 months).
